Construction Manager

  • Serve as the main point of contact by establishing, maintaining, and managing subcontractor, and joint venture partner’s expectations (where applicable) relating to project performance.
  • Communication with Sub-Contractors on Schedule, Job Performance, Quality, Safety, and Material Management along with Supporting and Attending Weekly Sub-Contractor Update Calls.
  • Report project status and performance data as required to management, project sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ongoing List of Local, State & County Permit Contacts and Inspector Relations is encouraged.

Plan, monitor, and control the project execution throughout its lifecycle (bid, contract award, engineering/design, procurement, construction, and closeout)
